Elbert Or is currently finishing his last two years as a student in the Ateneo de Manila University, after which he shall probably (and with luck) still spend the years to follow in the Ateneo, this time as a member of its faculty. In the meantime, he is trying to strike a balance between his studies and extra-curriculars, which includes participating in two student organizations, helping in the family business, freelance and part time work, and taking care of his baby niece.

In the past, he has worked as salesman (of soap and jewelry) and baker (of cookies and pastries), research assistant and secondary editor, editor-in-chief for a comics studio, and most recently, as freelance writer and illustrator (fucking finally).

He reads more comics than is healthy for him, and thinks that e-mail is the best thing since sliced bread. What the best thing was before sliced bread came along, though, he has no idea.

Read his web journal, best viewed with eyes wide open.

Or, read his boring cv instead.

Send an e-mail my way!
